Quality Controller Liaison Dave Lakey, from our Chippenham branch, has just returned from attending a course in Milton Keynes that comprises part of our Volkswagen Group Approval training programme - with lots of new ideas on how to enhance our service to our customers!
VWG are committed to operating in a customer-centric way, with standard of workmanship, on-time delivery and customer / repairer communication paramount.
Attending these comprehensive courses helps the ARC Group team to develop our already high levels of customer service, apply manufacturer best practises and build long term relationships with customers and work providers alike.
Dave's new found knowledge is already being applied to roll out an improved customer communication plan to our whole group and we have more staff attending VWG training courses over the coming months to reap the benefits of the latest techniques.
